Since February, 2018, East Coast Credit Union has participated in a member feedback program called Customer Feedback Management. After you have a service experience with East Coast Credit Union, we want to know how it was for you, and how we did.

That's why East Coast Credit Union has contracted an independent research company, AND Agency, to conduct calls and email surveys shortly after you've completed a transaction with us.

We ask for a few minutes of your time to answer their questions, and let us know your thoughts. The results will be used to improve our member service and provide even better experiences for our members.

As the selection is random, your household may or may not receive a telephone call or email on behalf of East Coast Credit Union.
